The Exec Search Process
Complex, but not complicated, how we get search right every time.
The Brief
Take a detailed brief, with a site visit. What are you looking for? Why? What would make a candidate want to join you?
Attraction materials
Create compelling candidate marketing materials, including a candidate briefing pack and a strong, effective advertising campaign.
Route to market
Search, selection, both? Agree a route-to-market strategy, defining key companies to target and then identified individuals to approach.
Outreach
Candidate outreach campaign, with regular weekly reporting so you know exactly what is happening at each stage of the search.
Interviews
The fun part. Meeting and assessing as many candidates as necessary, all with your goals and needs in mind.
Shortlisting
Shortlisting (around week 4 of the campaign), with detailed information on each shortlisted candidate and why they would be a good fit for your organisation and the role
